Bulk Shipping to Events
When planning an event that requires a significant quantity of items, it is essential to communicate your shipping needs effectively. This document outlines the necessary steps to ensure that your order of more than 200 units is processed smoothly and arrives on time.
Shipping Instructions
If you require more than 200 units of an item to be shipped to an event, please provide your Creative Partner with the following instructions at least 14 business days before the event date:
Required Information
Name of the products in your store to be shipped
Quantity of each item to be shipped
In-hands date or date range (please note that we cannot guarantee a specific date that a shipment will arrive as times vary by carrier and we cannot control unforeseen delays and issues)
Any special instructions (e.g., return label needed)
By providing this information in a timely manner, you can help ensure that your event runs smoothly and that all necessary items are available when needed.
