When and how will I be paid for my shifts?
Hublo is a connection platform. We facilitate mission assignments and transmit information, but compensation is entirely the responsibility of the employing establishment.
1. Understanding who manages your compensation
Your establishment is entirely responsible for your compensation, not Hublo
The establishment's HR department calculates and pays your salary according to their internal process
Hublo only transmits information about your validated missions to the establishment
Each establishment has its own payroll rules (monthly, bi-monthly, etc.)
2. Verify that your missions are properly validated
Check your history via Home > "View my history"
Verify that your missions appear with "Validated" status
Missing missions? Quickly contact your health supervisor so they can register them in Hublo
Only validated missions in Hublo can be counted for your compensation
3. Getting information about your compensation
Contact directly your establishment's HR department for any questions
Ask for details about pay dates, pay scales, overtime
In case of problems: First check that the mission is validated in Hublo
Payment processing: Once your compensation has been processed by the establishment, payments may take up to 5-7 days to appear in your account
⚠️ Common problems
Mission completed but not paid → Check that it appears as "Validated" in your history.
Incorrect amount → Contact HR, Hublo does not handle compensation calculations.
Payment delay → Each establishment has its own deadlines, check with HR. Remember that even after processing, payments can take 5-7 days to reach your account.
Mission missing from history → The supervisor must declare it in Hublo for it to be counted.
