How to Fix It
Check Your Spam/Junk Folder
Look for recent emails.
Mark them as “Not Spam” (or “Move to Inbox”).
Add sender to Your Safe Senders List
Add info@company.com (or the address used in our emails) to your contacts or safe sender list.
This tells your email provider to always trust our messages.
Whitelist Our Domain
In your email settings, add @company.com to your allowed domains.
This ensures all Patagonia emails get delivered.
Check Your Promotions Tab (Gmail users)
Our emails may also appear in the Promotions tab. You can drag them to your Primary inbox to train Gmail.
Still Having Issues?
If you’ve tried these steps and our emails continue to be misclassified, please contact our support team with details of your email provider so we can investigate further.
