How to Fix It

  1. Check Your Spam/Junk Folder

    • Look for recent emails.

    • Mark them as “Not Spam” (or “Move to Inbox”).

  2. Add sender to Your Safe Senders List

    • Add info@company.com (or the address used in our emails) to your contacts or safe sender list.

    • This tells your email provider to always trust our messages.

  3. Whitelist Our Domain

    • In your email settings, add @company.com to your allowed domains.

    • This ensures all Patagonia emails get delivered.

  4. Check Your Promotions Tab (Gmail users)

    • Our emails may also appear in the Promotions tab. You can drag them to your Primary inbox to train Gmail.
