How to Initiate a Life Event
Changes to your medical plan must be made through our benefits portal. To initiate a life event, please follow these steps:
Visit our benefits portal.
Create a new life event.
Upload the required supporting documentation.
After creating your life event, select the specific event type for additional instructions and details regarding the accepted supporting documentation.
Review Process
Once you have submitted the necessary supporting documentation, our team will review it within 2-3 business days. You will receive a notification at your work email regarding the approval status or if additional information is required.
