1. When do I get paid?
Global Media runs payroll biweekly, with paydays every other Friday. Pay periods run from Monday to Sunday, and payroll is processed the following week.
2. How can I view my payslip?
Payslips are available online through the Global HR Portal (under “My Pay”). You can download current and past payslips anytime. For security, you’ll need your employee login credentials.
3. What if I notice an error in my pay?
If you believe there’s an error, please follow these steps:
Double-check your timesheet or commissions report.
Contact Payroll Support within 5 business days of payday via the HR Portal.
The Payroll team will investigate within 3 working days and correct any verified issues in the next pay run.
4. How are bonuses or overtime paid?
Bonuses are processed separately on the last Friday of the quarter.
Overtime (for eligible roles) is automatically included in your next regular paycheck.
5. What deductions should I expect?
Standard deductions include taxes, social insurance, and employee benefits (health, dental, retirement). You can view a breakdown on each payslip.
