Can I return cosmetics/personal care items?

Sorry to hear a product didn't live up to your expectations.

Cosmetics and personal care items are just that - personal! While we don't accept physical returns, if you are not satisfied with a cosmetic or personal care product, you can contact Member Services via chat within 21 days of receipt and we will issue you a credit for the product.
