I missed my delivery and it has been delivered to a pick up location. Can I request re-delivery?

Sorry to hear you missed your delivery! If your package got delivered to a pick-up location, all you need to do is reach out to our Member Services team and they can request a re-delivery for you, or let you know where you can pick up your box.

In the case that your missed delivery didn't get delivered to a pick-up location, you may need to request a reshipment.
