My tracking link shows my package has been delivered, but I have not received my order.

We are so sorry to hear you haven't received your order! While these delivery exceptions are rare, sometimes boxes can be marked delivered prematurely before the carrier drops off your package. We recommend double checking:

  • For an attempted delivery notice

  • The surrounding area for a misplaced box

  • If a neighbor accepted the delivery on your behalf

  • For a local access point your order could have been delivered to
