My membership payment failed, how do I resubmit it?

We’re so sorry to hear that. To update your default payment method & reattempt the membership payment, go to your Account page here, click the arrow in the box that says "Payment" and choose to "Edit" your current payment method or "Add new payment method"

If you use PayPal, you can update it while in check out or through the PayPal website directly. Once you’ve updated your payment method, we will then attempt to charge you again. After 5 unsuccessful attempts, your account will be frozen. If that occurs, please reach out to our Member Services team via 24/7 chat here.
