Can I modify or cancel an order once it has been placed?

We get it, it happens!
Our team gets to work on your order super fast. That's great news for you, but it means there's only a small window to make changes.
You have a 30-minute grace period to tweak or cancel your order yourself. Just head to Account > Your Orders, find your order, and hit the "Edit/Cancel" button.
After that 30-minute mark, your order is already on its journey through our fulfillment process. If you have not yet received a shipping notification, we will make every effort to honor your request. Chat with us here. Once you've received your tracking number, unfortunately, no further changes can be made.
