When can I expect to see my refund?

Most refunds should be returned to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days, but times will vary depending on your state and financial institution. Please check your email inbox for a receipt confirming that your refund was issued.
If you received a gift card refund for a recent order, it should have been emailed to you from hello@thrivemarket.com. Look for the subject line that includes "Your gift card refund for order #". Be sure to check your spam and promotional folders as well.
