How are frozen orders shipped?

Frozen items ship separately from pantry orders.
We typically only ship frozen orders Monday through Wednesday to ensure your package doesn't experience delays over the weekend. Your frozen order comes via 2-day delivery once shipped from our warehouses.
To ensure your products stay frozen, we pack each order with enough dry ice to keep items cold for several days. Your frozen items will be delivered using FSC-certified 100% recycled content boxes, + other curbside recyclable packaging and plastic-wrapped fiber Insulation.
