Refund & Cancellation Policy

We know travel plans change. This article explains how refunds work at Traveluxe, how long they take, and what to expect for different fare and package types.

• More than 60 days before departure: Full refund of the package price, less any non-refundable deposit (see below).

• 30–60 days before departure: 50% of the package price is refundable.

• Fewer than 30 days before departure: Package price is non-refundable, though third-party components (some hotels, refundable airfare) may still be recoverable.

The initial deposit (typically 20% of the package price) is non-refundable once your booking is confirmed, as it secures your reservations with airlines and hotels.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and returned to your original payment method. Bank posting times may add a few additional days.
