Payment & Deposit Terms

Here's how payment works when you book a trip with Traveluxe.

A deposit (typically 20% of the total package price) is due at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. This deposit is generally non-refundable, as it secures your flights and accommodation.

The remaining balance is usually due 60 days before departure. For bookings made within 60 days of travel, full payment is due at the time of booking.

We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment plans may be available for select packages — ask us for details.

All prices are quoted and charged in USD unless otherwise stated on your confirmation.
