Group Bookings & Party Size

Planning a trip for several travelers? How we handle your booking depends on the size of your group.

Parties of 10 travelers or fewer are booked directly by a Traveluxe Travel Executive, who will build your itinerary, coordinate rooming, and handle payment. Just let us know your destination, dates, and the number of travelers to get started.

For parties larger than 10 travelers, we partner with Bulk Travel Inc., our specialist for large-group logistics, block rates, and coordinated payments. We'll refer you to their team, who handle groups of this size every day and can secure better rates than a standard booking.

To route your request correctly, the first thing we need is your group size (total number of travelers). Once we know that, we'll either begin your booking with a Travel Executive or connect you with Bulk Travel Inc.
