Package Inclusions

Your travel package includes all confirmed components outlined in your booking confirmation. Standard inclusions typically include flights, accommodations, transfers, and any tours or activities specified. Review your confirmation carefully to understand exactly what is included, as some packages offer basic services while others include premium amenities and services.

Your package specifies your accommodation level (3-star, 4-star, 5-star, etc.) and room type (standard, deluxe, suite). The specific property is confirmed in your booking details. Room upgrades at the hotel may be available upon arrival on a complimentary or paid basis, depending on availability. Amenities such as breakfast, Wi-Fi, and parking are confirmed based on your package tier.

Meal inclusions vary by package and are clearly marked in your confirmation (e.g., BB for bed & breakfast, HB for half-board with lunch or dinner, AI for all-inclusive). If meals are included, they are typically provided at designated venues within your accommodation or tour operator. Special dietary requirements should be communicated at the time of booking.

Airport transfers (to and from your accommodation) are typically included in package bookings. These are usually provided via shared shuttle or private vehicle, depending on your package level. Specific transfer times and pickup locations will be provided in your final travel documents. Additional transportation between destinations or optional excursions are usually charged separately.

Guided tours and activities specified in your package are included in the quoted price. These are typically led by local guides and include entrance fees, transportation within the tour route, and basic amenities. Optional activities and excursions not listed in your confirmation can be booked in advance through our office or arranged locally at additional cost.

Travel insurance is not automatically included but is highly recommended and available for purchase. Visa fees and visa processing services are separate from your package and charged additionally. We can assist with visa requirements and can arrange visa services at a competitive rate. Check entry requirements for your destination well in advance.

Upgrades to premium accommodations, private tours instead of group tours, additional nights, and premium meal plans can be added to your package at an additional cost. Special experiences (spa treatments, private dinners, helicopter tours, etc.) can often be arranged in advance and will be confirmed in writing with associated costs.

Any services or activities not explicitly listed in your confirmation are not included and will be charged separately. This may include domestic flights within your destination, meals not specified in your package, certain entrance fees, tips, personal expenses, and optional activities. Always clarify what is and is not included before booking.
