Can you refreeze meat if the products arrive semi-frozen?

Great question! In most cases, yes, you can. It is possible for products to slightly thaw during shipping.
We recommend that you use a thermometer to ensure that the temperature zone within the container in which any meat, poultry, or seafood product is located is 40° F or below. If the temperature is 40° F or below, you can re-freeze your product and the integrity and taste of the product shouldn’t be compromised.
