How to Reset Your Online Banking Password or Unlock Your Account

For security reasons, Stubborn Bank accounts automatically lock after three consecutive failed login attempts.
To unlock your account or reset your password:
Navigate to the main login screen on the Stubborn Bank website or app.
Select Forgot Password / Unlock Account.
Enter your Username and the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number or Tax ID.
Select your preferred verification method (SMS code or email code).
Enter the 6-digit Security Verification Code when prompted and create a new password.
