Flight changes and cancellations

Flight-change and cancellation options depend on the airline’s fare rules, the type of ticket purchased, travel dates, and current seat availability.

Before confirming any change, Travel Agency must verify:

• The airline and booking reference

• The requested new travel dates or route

• Whether the fare permits changes or cancellation

• Any fare difference, airline fee, or refund eligibility

Customers should not be promised a free change, a refund, or a confirmed new flight until the booking has been reviewed.

If the customer would like to make a change, ask for their booking reference and the preferred new dates. A Travel Executive will review the available options and explain any applicable cost before making changes.
