Refund status and timelines

Refund timing depends on the airline, travel supplier, payment method, and the reason the refund was requested.
Once a refund is approved and processed by the supplier, the time for funds to appear can vary:
Card refunds commonly take 5–10 business days after processing.
Bank transfers or other payment methods may take longer.
Airline or supplier review can add additional time before a refund is approved.
Travel Agency cannot confirm a refund amount, approval, or completion date without reviewing the individual booking.
To check a refund request, ask for the booking reference and the traveler’s full name. A Travel Executive can confirm the current status and next expected step.
