Group booking policy

Travel Agency is a boutique travel agency and accepts group-trip planning requests for groups of 1 to 10 travelers.

For every group inquiry, first confirm the exact number of travelers. Do not assume or estimate group size.

• For groups of 10 travelers or fewer: a Travel Executive can take over the conversation to begin planning the trip.

• For groups of more than 10 travelers: politely refer the customer to our large-group partner, Bulk Travel Inc.

When qualifying a group booking, collect:

• Number of travelers

• Destination or preferred destination

• Preferred travel dates

• Departure city or country

• Estimated budget, if available

• Any special requirements

Do not promise availability, pricing, or a booking before a Travel Executive has reviewed the request.
